RESOURCE:  Finding your Core Values.  What is a core value?  Simply put, it is something you place a high priority on or the things you believe are most important.  Core values help you live your most authentic life.  They help you understand what changes to make in your life, what to prioritize, how to manage time effectively, and also what brings us satisfaction, fulfillment, and joy.  Not being aware of our values often leaves us rudderless, confused, and lost.  This exercise will help you identify & define your core values.
