How Strong Are

Your Boundaries?

  • Are you exhausted at the end of the day only to have scraps left for your family?

  • Do you feel disorganized and inefficient and unable to find anything when you need it?

  • Are you always working late, over lunch, and through the weekend catching up on projects, emails, and work?

Maybe it’s time for a boundaries audit!

Boundaries are a respectful way to draw the line of protection around your time, energy, and space.

By setting healthy boundaries, and honoring both yours and others, you are able to create space to do the activities that align with your values and goals.

Perfect is a lie!

It's the process and effort that matters more than the outcome.

Whether you hyperfocus over the details, do not ask for or receive help, or keep putting that project off until the last minute because you're afraid of making a misteak mistake, perfectionism can manifest in individuals with ADHD in various ways, affecting their performance and well-being in the workplace.

In this e-booklet, we'll dive into the 3 types of perfectionism, how it shows up at work, and ways to overcome perfectionism.  Included is a simple activity to put your new knowledge into practice.

If you lead a team or you're an individual contributor, this booklet will take you from a perfectionist to a practicing "good - enougher"

Do You Know

Your Core Values?

What is a core value?

Simply put, it is something you place a high priority on or the things you believe are most important.

Core values help you live your most authentic life. They help you understand what changes to make in your life, what to prioritize, how to manage time effectively, and also what brings you satisfaction, fulfillment, and joy.

If you have ever felt that pit in your stomach after making a decision, chances are that decision is in conflict with one of your core values. Not being aware of our values often leaves us rudderless, confused, and lost.

This exercise will help you identify and define your core values.
